Fits in my gym bag and easily lifts heavy weight. It’s stable while I’m loading and unloading. It lifts high enough perfectly. Easy for me to use while everyone else is struggling without it.

This is perfect for our gym. Had to pay attention to the bar that we were using for deadlifts, the 55 lb oversize bar is too big for the hook but the 45 lb standard bar is perfect. Very sturdy, stable, excellent value for the money. Looks great. Little heavier that I anticipated but is still pretty lightweight.Many people have borrowed it at our gym since the gym doesn’t have any of these.

Wife got this for me as a gift. It is such a simple device but now I am wondering how I lived without one. Makes loading and unloading the bar so much easier for me dead lifts and barbell rows. It is very well made, very stable, and a great addition to my home gym.
