Purchased this in March of this year but did not have the opportunity to use it until yesterday. Simply put, it does not work. Money does not feed through and machine just jams and throws an error code. The machine is definitely faulty. Tried loading bills over and over with the same outcome. I thought by purchasing a more expensive machine I would be getting a higher quality product but I was wrong and unfortunately since I waited so long to use it, the return window has been closed.

Let me first start off by saying I did a lot of research into quality and value of money counters before ordering one. This one seemed to be one of the best ones so I ordered it. I have been using it for a few months now and let me tell you I LOVE IT!! It is very easy to use and has always been accurate. This money counter has saved me so much time and it is also very convenient to have. It also has a side LED display screen that connects to the money counter which is really nice because you can see the total value amount on it while sitting down so you don't have to be standing up to use the machine. The only con I would say is that you can't do different types of bills at the same time. So if you are counting 5's you can only put $5 bills into the machine. If you are counting 20's you can only put $20 bills into the machine and so on. However, with that being said to get a bill counter that can do all types of bills at the same time they cost several hundreds more than this one and to me that one feature is not worth the up charge in cost. I have attached photos and videos of the machine and how it works. (It also measures about 9 inches in length) I would highly highly recommend this product and have had no issues with it over the past few months I have been using it. This is the best bank for your buck without a doubt!
