The media could not be loaded. I was really hesitant to buy this bed. We had just moved into a small apartment and I wanted something fun for my boys but was really concerned about space. My boys (5&7) are also crazy tall for their age and LOVE to roughhouse, I was worried that they would be too big for the bed and possibly break it while playing. But all my concerns were mute, a couple months layer and my boys still love their bed. My oldest is on the top, he loves it dark at night while his younger brother has a collection of nightlights. He likes that he can drape a blanket over the top to make a dark fort whenever he needs it. His only complaint was he "sometimes forgets about the bar and bunks his head." I stuck glow in the dark stickers all over the wooden bar and that seemed to help him. We also added a thick yoga mat at the bottom of the slide because the boys said it hurt their bottoms when they slid down onto the floor. Lastly...this took my husband and I 2 days to put together. It was definitely the hardest piece of furniture we have put together but then again, I've never built a bunk bed. I just really disliked the instructions...they physically made me angry. This will definitely take two people to put together. But once it is complete, so much fun and looks great.

It’s the perfect height between mattresses yet not too tall to be scary from the top bunk.

Garbage, less then 1 year old and the side that holds the child in the bed if they were to roll over completely broke and left wood slivers sticking out. Then the stairwell/ladder broke ass my child was climbing the step broke and he busted his lip. Third the slide broke were it attached to the bunk frame. I made several attempts to contact to get some type of refund with no result. Damn shame. Basically it's a scam.If I or you charged$250 for a bed that was going to fall apart in 1 year or less and collected money from many people and never returned any calls or emails or sent any refunds we would probably be charged and jailed. Now I'm sick with junk wood that I also had to pay to dispose of.Scan cheap China made pressed fake wood.

They sent us a full sized when we ordered a twin sized bunk. We had no luck with contacting customer service. We didn’t built it until after we moved, which was past the initial 30 days.It’s alright quality.

This bed is very rickety. I’m afraid for my children everytime they sleep on it. Even with following the instructions to assemble it was still very confusing. I do not recommend anyone purchase this product as it is not a good buy. If I was not past the return window I would return in a heartbeat. I’m looking forward to getting my sons new beds from a reputable furniture store. Do not go the cheap route. Do not try to save for convenience purposes. Please go to local furniture store. Its not worth the hassle.
