I love using this derma roller! This is my first time purchasing a derma roller, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Most others I saw for sale were only .25 mm, but I really wanted to purchase one a little longer than that. This one at .3 mm is perfect! It doesn’t hurt at all but I can really feel an effect each time I use it.I try to use it two to three times a week. I like to shower and wash my face first, then apply toner followed by a serum, and then I use the derma roller. Afterward, I rinse my face with water and then apply serum again followed by face cream. At this stage, I love the way my skin feels! It really drinks up any product I apply. I actually reapply my face cream another two times throughout the evening because my skin absorbs it so thoroughly afterward.I prefer to use the derma roller at night before bed, so the slight amount of redness I experience temporarily doesn’t matter. It goes away quickly. One time I did it during the day, and once my makeup was applied, there was no visible redness at all. It’s made a nice difference to my 40+ year old skin so far. I’ve been using it for the past three weeks or so. I’m excited to see what the results will be long term.The only less than stellar thing I could say about it is that, like others have mentioned, it does make a squeaking noise as it rolls back and forth. It’s not a really big deal, but I would like to find a solution to this. Perhaps I’ll try putting a drop of facial oil to joint where the roller spins?I’m very pleased with the results I’ve had so far. I will definitely purchase this product again when it’s time to replace it. Highly recommend.

All I can say is: WOW! 5 stars. I did not take a before picture, but I’ll post one of healing with vitamin c solute and how my skin looks later (after 1 day use). FANTASTIC customer service - a couple data before I got it, the company emailed me with specific instructions on how to use safely (soooo important you guys!).While rolling onto my face, I felt no pain at all. Make sure to buy the vitamin C serum - it was so cheap but I can feel it penetrating my skin as I type. The product came super fast, and I now know that they care about customer safety. I can’t wait to see my face after a few uses. I could go to an estetichan for a 109% increase, but my stylist (estetichian certified) and make up artist approved. I bought this to improve some slight hyperpigmentation and shallow pitted scars on my cheeks from cystic acne. I've been using this roughly 3-4 times a week for about 2 weeks. As of now, I think there is some slight improvement in the discoloration of the scars but not so much in improving the pitted scars. The needles have to be longer than 0.25mm to tackle that issue, so when I need to dispose of this roller, I'll probably switch over to one with 0.5mm or 1mm needles. For reference, after I use the dermaroller, I rinse my face with cold water and apply the following products: Missha FTE, Timeless Vitamin C Serum (with Vitamin E and Ferulic Acid, and Mizon Snail Recovery Gel.

I have used it a total of 6 times . They only recommend that you use it on your face 2x a week .At this point , I wish I could say that I've noticed a difference but I haven't . I went by what others said on their reviews and perhaps it takes longer than they say . I would have been thrilled if I just saw my frown lines and those near the sides of my mouth better . Not yet . My skin does feel smoother after use and after using moisturizer .I will review again if anything changes .

This roller comes in a case. I like to keep it soaking in alcohol to ensure it stays germ-free. I use it twice daily after washing my face. There is no bleeding or pain with use. It may help your skin to better absorb your facial serums. I rinse it in hot water after use and place it back in the case in the alcohol.

This Derma Roller is great so far. I'm new at this. But really love it.

If they tell you this doesn’t hurt, they were lying. It stings when you press it on your skin. And it stings for at least hours after you apply serum. I only used it once and this review is based on my one time experience. I will come back to update after maybe a months use.Updates:And here I am for the detailed review. I only used it twice to be honest. The first time after I used, I got serious rash. The rash was like big bumps that stung by mosquitoes. And the second time I used it, I got MORE SERIOUS bumps. And it took two weeks for the bumps to go away and left black marks!!This is nothing that approves your skin condition. If you want to try, try it. But be really careful since it might damage your skin.

It is a great quality derma roller. After just using it once I could see the difference in the skin (only find yourself tutorial on youtube to do it properly). Of course now I use it regularly and not too often because the skin needs to regenerate (1-2 week). Effects are pretty amazing considering it is very difficult to achieve thicker skin with creams. The length of the needles is perfect to use at home and I do see the difference between titan needles and stainless steel.I had cheap one with steel needles in the past (different company) and it caused plenty of problems (infection, scratches, pain). Nothing like this happens with this dermaroller.Currently it is the best way to stimulate collagen, improve the elasticity thickness of the skin (same principle as laser therapy). I can recommend it to everyone. My biggest problem zone is neck where my skin is paper thin. Dermaroller helped a lot with this problem.
