Not working after first use
Stopped working after the first real use. When I opened the package, I placed a new battery and turned it on. I was pleased to see that it turned on. However, when using for the first time on a patient several months later, the device died. I changed the battery but it still did not turn on. Unfortunately, I have surpassed the return window.

Battery went dead after a week of having it
Love the tool but i literately used two times a week and it went dead … it doesn’t turn on any more (the massaging vibrating part)

Great little tool for toning face
Incredible little tool to help with lymphatic drainage on face and neck. I use it with my facial oils or serums. I move it up and out from the center of my face and down the sides of my neck. Mornings after, I have less puffiness to none, looking fresher. It’s a great deal all around.
