Handy
Helps with my neck ache and is comfortable and does not cause discomfort or aching.

Good value, does the job
Arrived quick, packaged well, fitted perfect and no frills. Dropped a star as smelled a little funny and made me really hot. Not sure if it’s me or the material. Does the job though.

I found it uncomfortable to wear
I’ve given this a 3 as I find it uncomfortable to wear. It’s not as soft as a memory foam one I got.

Great purchase got medium should have gone large as it looks like women's fit not disappointed as its doing me well excellent for whip lash buy now save you time scrolling 😀

Nice comfortable brace. Only thing at fault is no soft cover. Fits well and gets very warm.

Value for money
Really good. Fits very firm so I can't move head. Does the job I had hoped for. Very reasonably priced too.

Don’t waste your money. Not NHS equivalent at all. Very badly made.
This is not fit for purpose. As the NHS no longer provide these, my neurologist suggested getting one off Amazon as we couldn’t find them on Boots website. Despite mixed reviews I decided to give a go. Amazon should really take these off their site as they are so bad. For one, the Velcro is sewn badly, one on the top and the other on the underside, making the back stick out as it’s not even sewn to the ends. The foam is to high and to stiff and thicker than one from a mobility website. I was told to wear it to bed also by neurologist which I could not have done with this product as I couldn’t even wear it during the day. It pushed my head up to far. I have shown pictures to prove the point and the mobility one for reference so you don’t have to waste your money. You can see the mobility one is perfectly shaped on the left. And to add insult to injury they are charging £13 for this when you can buy a genuine one from mobility sites for £5. I paid £6 postage for next day delivery but if you weren’t in a hurry, you could get a decent one £8-£9 Inc postage.
