Tastes lovely but for the price, it is an utter rip off considering the tub was half empty when I opened it !!! Very disappointing. I won't be buying this product again!

Don't know about the nutritional value as I only drank once. But it makes up a tasty drink.

I'm sure it will work for most however every time I had it on different days it made me feel sick or sweat.
