Early days yet but seems good quality

Having tried many collagen products, and using this one now for over 3 months, I have noticed both my hair and skin have both changed dramatically. I used to have joint pain in the mornings which has also reduced.Not sure whether this is a result of using these too but my gut health has also improved.The size of the capsule itself is quite big but that doesn't make it difficult to swallow with a glass of water. The ingrediants and nice and simple to read. No additives or anything you have to look upIf you have done your research you will see that this is Marine - Hydrolysed Type 1 collagen which some are not.Type 1 - The most abundant in the human body (found in skin, tendons, bones and ligaments)Hydrolysed - Broken down in smaller peptides making easier for your body to absorbMarine - Key note, NOT Bovine - less risk of contaminents.
