I would have given 5 stars but the nose piece pinches, very uncomfortable. I like the mask itself. I bought this one to replace my old one. Not sure if I will keep this on.

Beautiful presentation. Lightweight, very easy to use and unlike all the other LED masks in the market this one also covers the neck area. Very happy with my purchase.

Loved that the mask is lightweight and portable

I've used other light therapy face masks in the past but those are the type where the mask is a pliable silicone and is pressed against your face. With this type of mask the inner mask is not pressed against your face and is separated by foam and rubber pieces at the chin and forehead to give some separation between the lights and your skin. The mask is well designed and once you achieve the desired level of strap tightness you can either lay prone and relax for your 5-10 minute session or can even move around and walk about as it has cutouts for your eyes. The mask also comes with a small remote control that toggles between the 5 lighting modes (red light - 5 or 10 minutes, blue light 5 or 10 minds, and a dual mode that stays red for 10 mins and then switches to a 10 minute blue session). The mask features 120 LED lights and puts out a strong light rated at 30 mW/cm². The device is powered by micro-USB and once fully charged you can get about 8-10 10 minute sessions before you'll need to recharge.

They saw my review (below) and reached out to me with an offer to try a different device of theirs with a more comfortable eye/nose parts the one they sent (model: Cloud SS) feels much better on my face. I cannot compliment this company enough on their superior customer service. Old review below.So far, I believe I like the device. However, the way it rests on my face (nose) hurts my nose, I want to know if the manufacturer has an idea or a fix to help with this?

First off, don't expect to see significant results. While there are many studies on light therapy, I think the verdict is still out. This harder mask seems to be of higher quality than some of the other ones made out of softer silicon type materials. Very easy to use but it does get uncomfortable with the straps and eye cups. I have to use this lying down to prevent the mask from sliding off unfortunately. I think it's a worth a try with these masks but look for something cheaper. This one goes for about $150 if not more and I just don't think it's worth the investment.

This mask arrived quickly and the packaging was nice. I have never used a mask like this before so putting it on took me a while to get used to. The mask is not super comfortable because of the chin piece but also I don't think that is expected. Set up and usage instructions were super easy. I have not seen any results yet but I think it takes some time before you see any. No side effects or concerns as of right now.

If you're into skincare, this is a cool product, I mean, why not do everything possible to make your skin healthy and young looking? This mask includes easy to understand instructions, was simple to use and easy to use. I do think I see a slight improvement in my skin from using it for a few weeks.
