My wife started using these as she's now been on PPi's for her stomach for years. She'd discovered that over time this medication can help to destroy good bacteria in the gut which can lead to severe anxiety. She was advised to wait 3 months before noticing any changes. After this period of time she did. Her anxiety improved a great deal and she has said herself that she is more equipped to deal with mental conflict . There were no side effects.

Following on from other reviews of this type of capsule, I use them to make yoghurt by splitting the capsule into a bit of the scalded milk. This seemed to work moderately well on my first go with this batch. As to the claimed benefits, I can’t say that I have noticed a major change!

Capsules are easy to swallow and have an beneficial effect within 24 hours, easing digestive issues and also helping with peaceful sleep. Good product and I could see my dad is bit better and can function better everyday when taking these supplements He has Alzheimer so generally he will get worse and worse and nothing will change that but I’m sure these pills helping in concentrating and functioning of brain is better

Invest in yourself (your gut)… I cannot recommend enough this product. Try it for a month and you will see for yourself… Mental fog disappearing, wellness and well-being. My memory has improved tremendously. I cannot recommend it enough…

The product arrived promptly but the tablets are poorly packaged inside. Some pills are not sealed correctly.

For years I have taken a Multibionta tablet every day to maintain my gut flora. This product offers to do even more, claiming to improve cognitive function, so brain as well as belly. It is, of course, impossible to tell the effects in the short term.
