You have the option of using either side that makes you more comfortable. Stays nice and cold for a couple minutes but that’s good enough for me, I like the fact I can walk around and do chores while taking care of my skin. Also perfect mask to scare you pets 😂

I bought these gel face packs to keep in the freezer. Absolutely love them during the summer and for cooking relief from sun burns. One side is terry cloth and the other side is plastic and you can wear it either way - the plastic side is much colder on the skin. It does what I expected it to do and the strap is adjustable via a Velcro piece that is quite long. It has a good fit on both male and female faces.

Works great, but could stay cold a little longer.

It works pretty well! I enjoy it cz it doesn't get overly cold in the freezer just the right temperature. The only struggle is getting the Velcro adjusted is a bit tricky.

I love this mask! It is very soft on the side that is on your skin. It gets very cold when kept in the freezer and stays cold for a long time. It velcro's comfortably around the back of your head. I love the way it feels soothing and relaxing after a long day. I've already purchased a second one as a gift.

If this were larger I would give it 5 stars. I have a normal size adult face and for it to cover my face I would need another inch all the way around. It does work well in the freezer but the cloth side warms up pretty fast so I flipped it over and used the other side to putting a handkerchief over my face first. I wish it did have more gel in it especially for around the eyes.

Product is great for hot flashes and lupus flare ups. Very easy to use and comfort is nice on the face.

This is PERFECT for thosew who suffer from Rosacea flare-ups! 10/10
