I love this one. I had a single pill cutter and the top part had a little play in it. It was so hard to cut the pill equally. If the pill had a line on it, you had to try to line it up and sometimes that did not work. This one you can do a lot at one time and I did not have to line the pills up if they had a line on them. I just put them in and tightened it up and closed the top. They all cut equally and soooo much faster for me. I highly recommend.

Super easy to use and works great even with teeny tiny pills. I don't do a lot of pill-cutting but did ween myself off a medication using this to cut it in half. Worked great and pills didn't grind into powder. Price was reasonable and you can even cut several at a time and leave them in their for storage.

This pill cutter works so well. The pills are halved cleanly down the middle. My old cutter was usually off center so they were never equal sized. This cutter is made better than the others I’ve had in the past.

I did find that the pills don’t crumble when cut and the pill cutter is mechanically easy to operate. I did have a problem knowing that the pill was centered when I rolled the wheels to make the sides snug. My tiny pills were cut more into almost 3/4 and 1/4 instead of halves. Maybe this will work better with larger pills.

Works like a champ, seems to be well made and durable. I would recommend getting one of these since the pharmacy can’t seem to follow directions on cutting pills in half. Good value at the price point sold.

This pill splitter is a real time saver. I've been cutting pills in half for years as it saves money if you can get the higher dose pill for the same price with your insurance. You only need half as many. Over time, this can save hundreds of dollars and more. The splinter handles 6, 8 or 10 pills max, depending on the size of the pill. It takes a little time to line them up, but compared to the old "one at a time" method, this makes an onerous task so much easier. The wheel adjuster for size makes it a breeze to handle any size pill and the same mechanism grips the pills securely for the big push as you press the halves together. I'll be using this for the rest of my life!

Does cut pills without crumbling but not easy to split oblong pills. The device when tightening moves these pills, where the cut would not be straight. With that said it works well for round pills.
