I’ve been using this probiotic for a few weeks now, and I can confidently say it’s made a noticeable difference in my digestive health. I used to experience occasional bloating, irregular digestion, and low energy — but ever since I started taking this daily, those issues have significantly reduced.What I really appreciate is that it contains a wide range of strains and a high CFU count, which means it’s designed to support gut health more comprehensively. Plus, it’s shelf-stable and doesn’t require refrigeration, which makes it super convenient for travel.

Though I am taking the above capsule each day, for the last three weeks,no appreciable change can be seen in my gut health . I presume the reason is the prebiotic used. In the bottle I got, the prebiotic is Inulin which is not that probiotic bacteria friendly. It would have been better, had they used FOS as prebiotic.

Cheaper than goodbug etc brands.I was feeling bloated earlier, ran multiple times to washroom, stomach burn after every meal.How to fix?reduce food intake for 3 days, have one tablet early morning 1hr before breakfast.Have more salads

This is worst pro-prebiotics I have ever purchased. The objective of probiotics is to improve gut health. They reduce gas, inflatulation, and bloating by colonizing the intestine with healthy bacteria. Instead, this probiotics does not do anything. You fart more, feel bloated, and produce gas. This means this probiotics is not working, or doesnt contain right kind of bacteria. Stay away from this brand. Use CF probiotics. You would never fart again!
