Very cheaply made! Fool me once, Shame on you, Fool me twice, Shame on me....
Bought this for my elderly mother due to the heating function which would be great since she loves drinking hot tea. The first one worked about a couple of month. Like other buyers, the locked function was malfunctioning. It was great the first couple of months, but then it just stop filtering the water. Went through the company and went through multiple instruction to fix the problem for a couple of month, but none worked. Finally, I was sent a new one, but stopped filtering after a week! Now I have 2 machine that's basically paper weights and I'm done with this company. I do not recommend this machine. Now you know why it's now deeply discounted compare to other RO countertop system. I myself went with another brand that's been working flawlessly for a couple of years. You've been warned!

Tastes great!
Everything was automated right out of the box. Don't worry about the first 3 minutes with half a tank to clean. Discard the water, then add new water, and restart it. It'll purify the whole 4L tank on its own. Then you operate it as you wish. I tried all the functions once the operating light were off: Amused!Easy installation. A plug and some counter space. No hours of noise!!

Great starter countertop RO system
This water filtration system is very easy to set up and very easy to use.Changing out the filter is easy. It almost feels like a sci-fi scene where the protagonist is replacing the energy core for some spaceship. You rotate the filter to unlock it, lift it out, drop in the new filter, then depress and turn it to lock it in place.The water tank is located at the back of the unit. It's a little inconvenient to remove this reservoir from the back to refill it, particularly when the unit is located below a cabinet or against the wall on the countertop. I think the reservoir should be located on the side of the unit, and lift away from the unit when removing. Once removed, the handle on the reservoir does make it easy to carry.One of my favorite features of this system is how quickly it produces hot water. It's pretty much instant. You can choose different levels of hot water using the control panel, all the way up to boiling hot water. It really is impressive how quickly it prepares hot water compared to setting a kettle on the stovetop, all the while being water prepared via reverse osmosis.At the time of writing this review, the price of this unit was $240 including a $60 coupon. I know whole-home reverse osmosis systems can cost thousands of dollars. Such systems are probably way more effective than this countertop unit, but $240 doesn't seem awful for an entrypoint into reverse osmosis systems.

No. Just No
If you are in a rush, and don’t want to read the review, here’s your quick answer: No.Ok. Long version. I bought it despite reviews. I know, I know! I can’t believe it either. It did ALL of the quirky things that others have described: The weird panel never worked. Could not get hot water or tea water for the first month and then only once in a while. Every now and then, the room temp water would be scalding hot, though. Now it has simply stopped working. The cutest, biggest paperweight because I was too darn lazy to write a review and rebox the thing to return it. Don’t waste your money or your time.

Disappointed
The system has the filter button turned red within 6 months of purchase. I spent $80 to buy a replacement filter. Installed it with great difficulty (Opposite to what was said in the advertisement). The new filter is still showing the same sign. Hot water not working anymore.

Works Great for Three Months
I bought this to save money on bottled water and reduce plastic usage, but now this machine is bound for a landfill. It worked great for a few months, but then I started getting the E4 error message that means the machine needs to be unplugged and restarted. Now I get the error message almost every time I try to use it. It’s annoying and not the way is was designed to function. I emailed to the support team in China to find out what might be wrong but they never responded. Think you won’t be disappointed too? Then go ahead and buy it.
