These are the best things to have in a range bag to work on stuff while you are out. They have come in very handy allowing me to help friends fix issues they have at the range and I can properly torque it down so once it is done at the range it is done. No need to mess with it at home. They are pricey but I love how small they are and this makes them easy to bring along to the range. They are quite accurate as well, tested them against a snap on digital versatorq and they were within .5 to 1 of the indicated torque applied according to the scale on the body. Another thing I like is they are not a click or slip clutch torque device. They simply just twist and indicate the amount of torque that is being applied, just the versatorq I use at the shop.

These are very well-built and perfect for site/scope mounting. It's one of those tools you have to use to appreciate. Years ago, I would have found the cheaper alternative, but these are worth the extra money. I also bought the T ratchet and bit set and have made many modifications with great success.

I haven't been this pleased with a purchase in several years. These things are a GAMECHANGER at matches, range trips, and training courses. Despite only taking up a space the size of a pack of gum, they allow me to completely disassemble, strip, repair, and rebuild my equipment in the field, instead of having to bring it back home to the shop because I didn't have room to pack a torque wrench. I no longer have to worry about stripping a screw from overtightening or something vibrating loose because it wasn't tight enough, since these allow me to torque things to the proper specification instead of having to "wing it" and go by feel alone. They're also foolproof to use- They simply go between the ratchet or bit driver and the bit, and you turn the tool like normal. When the line reaches the amount of torque you need, you're done. No counting turns, no making sure the wrench is adjusted a certain way.
