Great for the price point. Works as it should, sturdy at the tallest height. Excellent colors. I would buy again.

I needed a ring light that would hold an ipad for a DIY Photo Booth I wanted to create for my daughter’s sweet sixteen. I chose this one because it seemed like it would do what I needed and the price was right. After all, this may never get used again, so I didn’t want to spend $50 or $100 or more. Also, I was a little behind schedule and this was able to arrive in a day. It arrived early, was relatively simple to assemble, functioned as advertised and the party was a success. The remote pairs with your ipad or phone via Bluetooth in ten seconds and allows you to easily snap the photo from in front of the camera. The stand is sturdy enough. Enough is the key word there. This is not a commercial stand. It stayed standing through the party with 15 teenage girls playing with it and adjusting it, kept touching the ipad while it was in the stand holder. But it stayed standing just fine. It is a little wobbly, maybe a little top heavy, but it got the job done at the right price. The light is plastic, so it would likely survive a fall or two but I’m sure the right impact would crack it. But it didn’t fall. The ipad holder kept the ipad secured. And the girls had a lot of fun cycling though all the lighting and color modes. I’ve seen other reviews that describe this as a good low-cost starter light and I would agree with that.

Love this light! Very bright and vibrant. Love the color options as well. For some reason mine came with this remote (I guess to also be able to control the light aside from the controller on the light itself) and it doesn’t work what do ever. It doesn’t turn on or off the light. The battery is inside it and the light at the top of the remote lights up when I press a button as if it’s working but the light itself doesn't respond to it which is a shame. No where on the Amazon listing or in the packaging list does it say that this remote is included so I found that weird that I got a remote that doesn’t work with the light.

I purchased it for my 12 year old who put it together with minimal assistance from me. There was a table top option, but we attached the light to the larger floor stand based on my child's height. It's very easy to connect Bluetooth for the shutter option and has the option to use multiple devices in the light like your tablet or phone. The light is bright and has the rainbow, blue, white, and ambient type setting and you can change the speed. You can easily rotate your light and phone. When adjusted to full height it's 6 ft. If you don't angle the light or phone down then it's sturdy and will stay at the 6ft height. Does have a cord so if you don't have much room you may want an extension cord for the light in certain areas. Overall it's of pretty good quality.

So far so good, turning it on was a little confusing at first. The company is great they reached out a head of arrival to make sure I got all my parts

The bottom part of the tripod (the actual tripod part) does not work and always has to sit flat. Which defeats the purpose of having moving tripod legs. It also makes it obnoxious to use in small spaces.

It’s not as tall as it claims to get. The ring light connection isn’t as stable as ONE would expect it should be. The plug doesn’t fit 100% correctly into any of my charging blocks It’s bumped it will unplug, and the light shuts off. Not very satisfied but not dissatisfied enough to take the time to return or replace it and wait for another to arrive.
