Bought this as a replacement for my daughter after she damaged her phone screen.I was nervous due to not really knowing the brand and feared her friends might react to the lesser known brand, especially if the device under-performed.I was pleasantly surprised with it's look and functionality. Very easy to set up. We followed the setup guide, which also guided us through swapping over her data from her iPhone. This was most important to her as she feared losing her photos and videos. All copied over without a hitch.Functionally very similar to other, better known branded Android devices. The camera, 50MP is impressive, with options to reduce this resolution to beat suit your needs.The phone's screen was a surprise to me. Matt finish but offers crisp vibrant images as well as clear videos. There are a few setting options to reduce its vibrant looks but I'd be surprised if many will choose that option.Battery lasts over a day without charge which I think is good considering the amount of social media and videos watched on it.I'd not hesitate to buy this phone again and I would consider this brand on the future. It certainly can mix it with the better known brands.

Great phone brilliant camera and Graphics and fast for a budget phone. Amazing value for money but that comes at a cost. Battery drains fairly quickly and also have a couple dead pixels on the screen which are easily visible and hard to ignore if looking at a dark picture/video/website.

My second TCL. Seems a good brand, reasonable prices. Non-glossy, optionally e-reader-like screen is novel and not problematic unless you like glossiness. Phone functions well in all respects; screen occasionally freezes but this might be a connectivity issue. I think I can recommend, unless you value 5G connectivity. Cases readily available on Amazon, pity a cheap silicon one was not bundled. Supplied with a fast charger and cable, much more effective than my collection of older chargers.

The screen looks great indoors, no annoying reflections. Once the light is very bright (outdoor in the sun) the entire screen becomes low intensity glare, making it unreadable.The ink mode gimmick is not that useful, the screen behaves the same, but the operative system changes the colors to make it look more like the color palette of an eink reader: less saturated colors, more white backgrounds.The phone itself is a bit lacking in performance.

My Samsung S21 nearly 4 years old and battery is dire now costing £100 to replace. Been looking at TCL and this was on offer for £130. I am really pleased with it and such a nice phone does everything £600 phone does. Let's see how battery lasts. Very impressed. 2 months in I am very impressed with the phone battery life is good. I cannot fault it. Not missing 5G, not even sure if I ever benefited from it. Very happy

Absolutely love this phone, does everything I need perfectly, duel SIM work's great and is very useful, the phone is fast and smooth, good camera too, can't believe how they make it for this price, wel done TCL 👍

Good quality and value for money

I had to buy this product via Amazon UK because it doesn't seem to be regularly available in North America. The purchase experience was smooth and easy. I ordered it and received it three days later, yes that quickly, from London UK to Ontario, Canada. I was surprised at how light the weight was when I opened it. It is thin and the screen is amazing. Sometimes there is a very slight hesitation when opening aps but nothing out of the ordinary. I had a bit of a learning curve learning the settings and set up as it is different than the usual experience in North America, but was not difficult. I have had no glitches, bugs or problems at all.The vender was amazing, through very minimal interaction through Amazon.uk I received the product without any problems what-so-ever. They were so honest that I even received a small refund when they discovered that the export and import fee they charged me left them a surplus. They refunded me that difference, thank you and it is things like that which instill trust with companies.I have zero regrets purchasing this product and using this vender.
