I bought one of these for my mom to use in her car, and she absolutely loves it. After seeing how much it helped her, I ordered one for myself to use in my office chair. I absolutely love this seat cushion. I have to work (well, school for now) from home due to a disability and chose this cushion because of its ratings on back and tailbone comfort, which it has plenty of. It helps my back and tail bone pain and is a little cooling with the bottom made the way it is. The material, both inside and out, is of good quality, comfortable, and easily cleaned. The zipper opens nicely, so I can easily wash the outside cover. And it's made of very soft material. Using it in reverse (turning it around) makes it a whole new cushion, helping a whole other bunch of back issues I have. So the adjustability is perfect for those long teaching and study sessions.
