It Shouldn’t Sound Like This
Just bought a nice new TV with all the cool bells and whistles. Of course I wanted to include a soundbar and subwoofer because …… because that’s what hi-tech people do for absolutely no reason at all LOL.LG TV so I started with a LG sound bar. I spent two days going through all kinds of settings and moving the sub to try to find a combination that was great….. that I liked…. that was acceptable and I was very unsuccessful. I had high expectations with a name like LG.Took it back, got a more expensive LG setup - better but still not what I was expecting.Took it back, got the Samsung soundbar- nopeTook it back, got the JBL - much much better but still lacking. DSP much better but timing better the soundbar and sub was just not there.Keep in mind, I’m old school. Old school like red/white/yellow cables. Old school like tucking wires between the carpet and baseboards. I started to think it was just me.Decided to pick a soundbar & sub off Amazon to hold me over. I was totally wrong. This sound bar and sub was exactly what I was looking for. It blew my expectations out of the water. The sound quality is phenomenal. The sub about the size of a forced fan space heater but it sounds like a 8” down firing powered sub. Yes, you feel it I stood just hearing it. And it doesn’t distort. You get this compact soundbar. No way this thing can create even, clear, accurate sound. I was wrong again. The DSP in this sound bar should be in an Technics. It’s boarderline overkill.Crystal clear. The EQ setting are simple, present, and simple. A true audiophile was on the development team.Sorry for the novel, but this soundbar must be shared. Don’t follow me and spend days running back and forth to the box stores. Give this a try and get ready to be amazed.

Much much better than default TV audio
Got it during prime day/week. Definitely worth the price if you’re looking for something that gives you audio depth for a lower price if you’re not super omega giga into audio. Bass is not too boomy but it still gives some thumps, Dolby atmos works, movies/shows are more immersive, voice quality is super clear and it’s plug and play. Would buy again for another room in the house. Buy it if you’re tired of the flat/default tv speakers. Only thing I would think about when buying this is the room size (mine is in basement about 17ft x 17ft size room).

Super loud and lots of bass
Perfect for my college room. It was easy to set up and mount. I will say the bass was insanely loud and strong. It is perfect for listening to songs and blasting music with the bass all the way up. If you’re watching tv or a movie you have to have it on movie mode or else you won’t be able to have any idea what they’re saying. My roommates hated this thing

These units are USED that's why the price is low! They also sell new units. READ...
Its a 2.1 system, 2 lil speakers in the compact sound bar and one in the subwoofer, hence the 2.1 designation. It sounds fine for the price with an ok amount of low end. If you are someone that doesn't read or understand manuals it may not work well for you. There are things you can do through your TV that can improve the sound, there are things you can do through the connections of the unit that can improve the sound. These units are "used" and come with a checklist of items. They (ULTIMEA) also sell these units new for more than double the price. Check this little unit against everything at this price point... nothing comes close. Auxiliary, Bluetooth 5.3, USB, Optical, HDMI eARC/ARC connections and capable of DOLBY ATMOS for under $60? There is nothing else at that price. Plus, this is a actual company with an actual website and actual customer service that make a full range of soundbar setups. Will it last forever? Probably not, nothing else does. I bought two of these units, one was missing the manual (just got it online) everything else was there and worked fine AFTER reading about setup and function. If these last for a year I will have had a Dolby Atmos addon to my streaming platforms for about $4.00 a month, if they last 2 years then $2 per month, 3 years $1.00... you get it. Good soundbar units can cost around $1500.00 and sound fantastic! this is around $50...

Great sound, easy setup and worth what you paid for it!
This thing kicks so much a**! Came out of the box fully functional and ready to go. Just plugged it in, enabled Dolby atmos audio and that was it👌👍 supports all kinds of connection options, but if you want the most out of it then you gotta go with hdmi arc into your tv, or... you could work around it with an hdmi audio extractor if you had to but that's more complicated 😅 remote is great, but I use a smart things remote on my phone anyway but it's there as a backup if I need it ever👍👍 also the included sub woofer is really sweet as well 👏

Stopped working within 3 1/2 months.
A great product for the price. The subwoofer is hardwired, however, so be aware of that. Our sub went bad after a few months. We eventually got in touch with the seller, and after some minor troubleshooting, they sent us a replacement sub and it works great. They provide updates for their software too so you just have to download it on a USB flash drive and plug it in to your baseand it updates.Thank you Ultimea for quick and awesome support.

Excellent sound bar, great sound
Needed an audio system for a smaller office and purchased the Ultima sound bar after doing some research. Set up via Bluetooth was very easy although they also included several cables including HDMI, USB, optical and 3.5 mm in case options were needed. Very impressive audio through the soundbar and the subwoofer provides great low frequency range. Also loved the small size and nice look to both. Be advised that the soundbar can only accept one input. When I tried to also connect a laptop the system set up easily and worked great but then didn't recognize the original connection. But no worries, love the Ultima system and highly recommend it.
