Once the first Bemis is installed, it is SO easy to replace when the time comes for a new toilet seat. All of the installation hardware is already in place, so it's only a matter of lifting seat off and putting new seat on. Then just snap covers back in place. The seat does not slam down when lowered because it slowly lowers itself after giving it a little nudge. Cleaning the seat is also a breeze. They also come in either wood or molded plastic, plus round or elongated.

The product fits and works as described. The only drawback is the flimsy plastic lid can’t be used to step on if you weigh more than 100 pounds.

The toilet set was a little different from the one I had on my toilet, but it worked out great. I measured my toilet opening and the fit was spot on. Just remember it is a aftermarket toilet set so it’s a little thinner than your original.

I don't like the plastic feel; it kind of gives when you sit on it. It is pretty easy clean up, though. Next time I'll buy a wooden seat.

NEEDLESS TO SAY I WAS TOLD TO CONTACT THE MANUFATURE. I DID AND NO ANSWER BACK. EMAILED AND NO ANSWER BACK. I COULD NOT SEND IT BACK AS YOU WANTED TO CHARGE ME FOR THAT. FOR BEING A PRIME MEMBER, ALMOST FROM CONCEPTION, THE QUALITY OF YOUR VENDORS (YOU...AMAZON AND THE FACT YOU RESELL "LIKE NEW" SO I SEE IS S&^%.) HAS GOTTEN REALLY BAD AND LATE. IT ALSO SAID YOU DELIVERED ON THE 6TH. THATS A COMPLETE LIE. AS FOR BEMIS, YOU ARE PITIFUL WHEN YOU KNOW. NO WORD FROM YOU. WINDOW HAS CLOSED AND I AM STILL PISSED.
