Bemis7300SLEC Slow Close Toilet Seat, Easy Clean Hinges and Durable Plastic Seat, Elongated, Biscuit

The spring broke on one side and seat was no longer slow close but falling down. Reordered because of fit and color and hope this one lasts longer.

Easy install and works well.

Super easy to install and it is the exact right color I was looking for. Slow close lid is a game-changer. No more slamming!!! I just wish it was a little stronger, it's slightly bendy, but it's not been a problem.

This is extremely slow, but you can forcefully push it down quicker so you don't have to wait for it. I had a Bemis seat that I replaced with this newer seat, I used the same old hardware that was already connected because it was the same for both seats. It was also a plastic seat that you had to twist the back cover to unlock and then lift it off. Compared to my old seat, this new one is sturdier. I do like this one much better! I love plastic seats because you can clean them with anything and not have paint rub off or stain the paint. I sit on the lid to put my socks on and the lid does not feel like I'm going to fall through it. To install this, you put the plastic nut and bolt in FIRST. There are small pieces of plastic toward the top of the bolt that make it an extremely tight fit. Give the bolt a wack until it is flush and then screw on the nut from the bottom. To make sure the nut/bolt is tight, you can get a screw driver and hold the bolt still while tightening the nut OR hold the nut still and use the screwdriver to tighten the bolt from the top turning clockwise (right). After the nut and bolt is connected and TIGHT, push the seat on top of the nut (with the cover open) It will snap into place. Then close the cover. Done.If installed correctly, the seat does not move at all. If yours does, tighten the nut and bolt better.I have seen people do this backwards, break the seat and then come and post pictures of the mess they created because they installed it WRONG and then gave 1 star for their stupidity... Yeah, that picture is in the listing too if you want to scroll through for a laugh....Once this is published, I will add pics of what the seat looks like installed while the lid is up and the seat is down. For some reason, that angle was missed in the listing. I love easy to remove and clean plastic seats! They just lift off so you can clean any messes from bad sprayers.

It’s okay as a replacement but next time I will probably buy Koehler. The underside is recessed making it a little harder to clean and it doesn’t feel as sturdy. What I did like is being able to get it in biscuit instead of white.

It was very easy to install and matched the color perfectly.

Works great so far- we had a wood one and the cleaning chemicals would stain it. This one was easy to install. Would buy again for other toilets in the house.

I bought two of these to replace existing Bemis brand toilet seats. I’ve had a hard time finding the Biscuit color and even after reading the reviews, thought I would give them a chance since they were the same brand.These are plastic, sort of what you would find in a public restroom. They look flimsy, the studs on the bottom—that touch the rim—are really just thin pieces of molded plastic. The seat is thin. I considered how difficult it was to even find Biscuit and told myself to suck it up. When I first placed the seat on top of the existing Bemis lid, it looked like a good fit and color match. After I got the old seat off and cleaned everything really well, I lined the seat up and it looked good, lifted the lid and…the seat and lid do not match up. The seat exposes the rim on one side by about 1/4 inch. I flipped the seat over to look at it more closely and sure enough, on one side it lines up and on the other it does not.Both are going back. I’m not a rim sitter and don’t plan to start now.

Product sent back damaged and bolt holes weren't adjustable meant that would not fit pan cost more to return.

I needed a biscuit colored elongated seat and was pleased to find it available at a good price with quiet close and easy clean features. Unfortunately the plastic is very lightweight and sags under the weigh of the sitter. I do not expect it to last very long - certainly not the 12 years I got from the last Kohler seat that was on that toilet. Already fielding user concerns. Would I buy again? No.

It is a perfect fit for my toilet! The color is exactly the same of my wc. Nice material and I like the fact that it fells silently! Recommend!

I needed a specific size , shape and Color. I purchased it based on the description and specifications. It was perfect.

Pas d'ajustement n'a été nécessaire. Il fait super bien sur la toilette kohler (Toto). Le mécanisme de fermeture est lent à souhait. Par comparaison, il y a lent et arrêt celui-ci se situe entre les deux.
