Soares Book on Grounding and Bonding, 13th Edition (NEC 2017)

This book is well put together and does a great job of introducing the concepts of grounding and bonding in common electrical systems. Many of the most important concepts are introduced in the early chapters, and then expanded upon in later chapters. This gets you quickly into a usable mindset, making the more in-depth material found later in the book easier to understand and apply. I highly recommend this book to anyone who desires a deeper understanding of this subject, or who has struggled with misinformation prevalent on the internet.

So happy to have purchased this textbook on Grounding and Bonding... I'm learning more and more the importance and difference between grounding and bonding and their specific use applications in effort to provide a complete "hazard free" electrical installation for all customers. The great thing about this text book, is that it goes over certain electrical theory in correlation to the necessity for whether to bond or ground.. The protection serves the same purpose; however, is not applied the same according to certain types of electrical installations, Control rooms for one & the list goes on.....

Indespeneable tool, if you need to protect sensitive electronics.

This is a must for every electrician, engineer, inspector and instructor who is serious about their career.
