And there was light
Came in compact box with instructions power cable to usb socket no usb plug, most people have usb plugs for phone charging so no problem. Seems to do the job with variable settings and light contrast, on brightest setting there is a sunlight feel or warm glow and I can see how mood can be enhanced by using in background for timed periods can you get your vitamin d from this device? not sure about that, but natural sunlight is always the best.

Mood lifted
Hard to quantify any effects but when I turn it off after using it, it feels like a cloud going over the sun when you are sunbathing (that kind of feeling). My colleague has purchased one since I have been using mine. Not a miracle cure but I believe it has a positive effect on my wellbeing.

Colour temperature button didn’t work on arrival
Unfortunately the product arrived faulty, the colour temperature did not operate, so the light was set on white light. The other buttons seemed to work ok. I returned it and was credited in full same day.

What can I say other than it works. I just use it whilst I eat my breakfast and the daylight really does help improve your mood on dull winter days

It is a great light. Have used the light a couple of times this week and it seems I am more happy in myself nice and light easy to use overall great

Portable, and versatile
I’ve been using this lamp in my home office during the winter months. I can’t say if it’s had a huge impact, though you definitely notice how much brighter the room is when it’s on. It’s really portable and I love how I can plug the usb into my laptop so I don’t need an additional plug. It also fits in my laptop bag too, and is no bigger than an A5 notebook. Be careful if you’re a migraine sufferer - this does give me migraines if used for too long.

It works
I love this lamp my friend suggested I buy one because I was feeling very down.I do not know how it works but it did improve my mood so it has worked for me.
