Very easy to put together. So far I really like this machine. Would recommend. I'm 5 ft and it works fine for someone who's short. The seat is comfortable but a little more padding would be nice. Value is great for the price. Not to heavy.

I really like this work out machine! It’s works so well even my husband has been using it! We both like the fact that you can adjust everything to what you need even down to the resistance levels. It’s very stable and easy to use. This was a great purchase for the both of us!

Really like the size and ease of use . Ability to increase tension is easy . Grandson put it together in 10 - 15 minutes. Exercises all around muscles… but you do have to put forth the effort and time . Makes you feel better when used consistently!

I have problems with belly fat plus am die diabetic so I need an easy machine to exercise with and do squats and abs and I broke up on this one. I took down the picture and show my friend and she said he’s a good machine. I’ve been using it but not every day but every other day or when I can and it’s been a great machine so far, it has more than one function’s I can-do arm lifting and build my muscles, but not too much. It’s a very good and great machine very comfortable really sore and value for money workouts effort, fitness and very comfort.

I love this machine at three hundred pounds it holds me and you feel it after a few tries m. This is a good investment especially if ur plus size it it sturdy and strong and easy to out together and easy to store. So glad i purchased this

I've had this machine for almost 2 months now, and I can say that it really does work! I've been using it every day and have definitely noticed a difference in myself. The only disappointment is that the bands don't seem to last very long. One seemed to blow out about a month in and now a second one looks like it is starting to do the same thing. I've tried searching for replacement bands because it seems like it would be simple to just swap them out, but I cannot find similar bands anywhere to purchase. So, in short, it does work well, but the quality of materials isn't amazing so you may need to replace parts or the entire machine after some use, especially if you plan to use it everyday.

Not impressive. Poor communication with the seller, plus return shipping for a poor quality machine. I do not recommend this seller. I will make a video as soon as possible.
