MEDIALL Scalp Strengthening Shampoo (300ml, Citrus)

I am happy with this product. High quality in my opinion.Has helped my irritable scalp find some calm. Smells neutral so good for either gender. Scalp is clean and hair is soft.

Need to follow directions on the bottle. At first I didn't see any results or difference but once I left the shampoo rest for a little over 3 minutes, it felt refreshing and somewhat minty on the scalp. Not irritating or drying at all. Left a good shine and smell is a mild citrus scent. It's effective in keeping my scalp refreshed.

This shampoo was great to help with my dandruff. It smells nice and feels tingly when it is on your scalp. It’s not as drying as some dandruff shampoos. I have curly hair and it doesn’t suck out all the moisture like some shampoos do.

I love the feeling when it opens the pores on the scalp and how soft and smooth it makes your hair! DO NOT get it in your eyes tho because it feels like being sprayed with mace!

The scent and feel of this shampoo after washing are quite pleasant, leaving a refreshing herbal fragrance. However, I noticed that my hair seemed to fall out even more than before using it, which was disappointing given its claims to combat hair loss. Overall, it’s an average product in terms of fragrance and texture, but it didn’t deliver on its promise to reduce hair loss. Three stars.

The refreshing scent is strong that I feel like I'm wide awake every time I wash my hair, which is great!

Had to pour it out into a different bottle because the pump was broken.

I use this for our scalp spa service which clients always comment on how good it smells.I’ve purchased twice so far and both times the part that is inside of the bottle to dispense is broken. The first time it happened I had to remove sharp chars of the plastic pump straw inside - It is actually floating in the bottle- I had to find it n try attaching it but it will not stay attached . I have to pour it out. It almost seems as if the straw inside that Attaches to the pump to utilize the pump to dispense product is too short? How does this keep happening? It would be great if the pump worked. Maybe change to a flip top lid because your pump mechanism is not good, other than that the product itself is good.Updated:I continue to purchase as I mentioned for a salon Scalp spa service, clients love the scent, and the tingle … it does its job in the service sequence I utilize it in. THE ONLY THING IS THE PUMP “ straw” INSIDE COMES BROKEN EACH TIME I HAVE PURCHASED IT WHICH IS NOW ALOTTTT OF TIMES !!!! FIX IT!!!Literally - it is annoying - they need to switch it to the flip cap/ squeeze out lid because if I was using this in a shower this would really irritate me. It irritates me now when I’m setting up service. My next “ unboxing “ I will show a video of this because I can guarantee the next bottle will arrive with the pump non functional again so that customers can see what exactly I am describing.Can you still use it ? Absolutely… just I don’t know, I wanted to pump it out instead of removing the top off and feeling like I’m wasting it because product gets stuck in the dummy pump !!!🙄🙄🙄😤😤🤬
