Long time Mercola customer, their products are high quality. Recently purchased 30 ct. Zinc plus selenium there were only 28 capsules vs. 30. Read a previous review and similar situation for another purchaser, 23 vs. 30. Contacted Mercola and their reply was they were going to report to quality control. Refund received but wanted purchasers for this item to be aware of situation.

I've been following Dr. Mercola for years. I trust his supplements, and like that they are packaged in dark colored glass. He's kind of over the top where his exercise is concerned, but I think he nailed it on supplements. Some are a little pricey.

Zinc with selenium. Not a horse pill. Easy to swallow. They do stink but some vitamins do stink. I feel like I have fish breath if I don’t swallow them right away. Have water ready!
