These are great. I sleep so much better with them. They block out distractions but still let in a little noise so you are still able to hear a little bit.

I was really excited to try this. I sleep with ear plugs everyday and i find that sometimes the sizes don't work and I end up finding one of my ear plugs sleeping alongside me in my blanket in the morning.This product has three sizes, I imagine not for different occasions but for you to find the perfect fit. Well the smallest size didn't work for my cinderella ears. At first I thought I was using it wrong so I kept shoving it in and eventually it hurt my ear hole. I don't' know why I kept trying but eventually I thought to myself that it's not a gauge for plugs, i don't need to expand my ear hole. so I went back to using Mac's.I do use it occasionally though, but since I don't shove it in all the way I end up seeing it next to me in the morning.I think if it's advertised as it being for different sizes... It can be a little bit more diverse in sizes to fit different ears. just my 2 cents.

It's pretty quiet in my bedroom at night. I had a fan running, a window open, and the only other sounds I'll ordinarily hear are normal house sounds (boiler cycling on and the cats).The fit is good. The handles help them fit and make retrieval easier.Pushing them in, I one of them squeaked as it released some pressure, but then it was pretty quiet. I couldn't hear the fan. I didn't hear the cats, boiler, or the morning bird caucus that normally wakes me at 5am. Not even my neighbors barking yippee dog at 6am when they let her out to poo.Ordinarily, I use foam earplugs, the kind you might wear when using a leafblower. I find them too isolating. Plus, they can sometimes fall out and I worry the cats will try to eat one. When I've given them to my wife to use, she has trouble getting the foam ones to fit, because you need to get most of it into the ear canal to work. These just go in a fraction of the way.Very comfortable. I forgot I was wearing them. I like that they're reusable and can be washed.My only complaint (not going to lose a star over it): I do wish the case were smaller. It comes with S,M, and L ear pieces, and while some people may need to try them out to determine fit, once you've settled on one, you don't need the other two. Having room in the case for all three becomes pointless and now you'll have a large case to store your earplugs.Overall, I do recommend these for nightly use, especially travel when the sounds of an unfamiliar surrounding will wake you. They don't block all sounds--which you don't want because you'll want to be awoken in the event of an emergency--but they block those repetitive, low level noises that can pull you out of a deep sleep.
