It’s great when using the different size combs, but using it without attachments carefully on sensitive areas results in cuts and nicks!

This is a very effective trimmer, but in my view it goes from 5 star to 3 star because of one simple problem, that should be easily fixed by the quality control processes of Remington. All three of the combs broke within 3 months but as I am living in a different country now to the UK, where I bought it, I have been unable to take it back for replacement. The plastic at the engle of the comb, where it clips onto the unit, is thinner and in my purchase, was already opaque, which should have been a warning sign to me. Unfortunately, I brought these back boxed, and only realised this when I arrived in the Med. I have emailed Remington customer service and received zero response. I wish they sold replacement combs for this, but all the ones I can find are for standard sized barber hair clippers. I'd be happy to pay for replacement combs, but as it is, this can now only be used without the combs, which is rather.......extreme.
