When All Else Fails...
... either invoke St. Joseph, or invest in a gallon of gas and a book of matches. Seriously, though - may as well opt for divine intervention when a house doesn't sell. This is a nice little package, of St Joseph figures about the size of a chess piece, with a little card explaining how to proceed. I passed them on to my daughter, the real estate agent. We'll report on progress, as her client list develops.

Sell your house easily
Well today we did bury our St Joseph at the foot of the For Sign of our home that is for sale, plus we said the Prayer Of St Joseph. As the saying goes we faced it going North cuz that's the direction we want to go once we get this house sold. We had a house for sale several years ago and we could not get anybody to come look at it so my realtor gave us one of the St Joseph's and had us bury it at the foot of the for sale sign, said the Prayer of St Joseph. We did and believe it or not we got all kinds of people looking and what's most important is we got a buyer and that was just so exciting to have that so I am truly a believer. Once you've sold the house you dig it up and you bring it with you to your new home. It's very much a treasure. Good luck on this.

St. Joseph WORKS!
As a realtor and home stager I always ask my clients if they would entertain using a st. Joseph statue to aid in selling their home. I have used on while selling my own home and it worked! After selling the house, my statue came to our new home and stands on a window sill near our front door. I am not Catholic and even my clients of other faiths are happy to have St. Joseph help sell their homes. The value is awesome at around just $3. per statue!
