The muffled sound issue that people are having is because of the wire setup. The jack on the headphone part (not plug in) only has 2 black bands (one mic one for audio) my skull candy requires 3 bands for clear sound (one mic one left one right). This might be everyone’s problem. I personally have skullcandy aviators. I’ll keep these as a backup, but I’ll have to find one with the three bands. In the picture is the new jack (2 black bands) and the jack I’m barrowing from my friends beats (3 black bands) the plug must have 3 bands as well. Hope this helps everyone buying these.
