Good quality powder, mixes well, isn't slimy or gluey. Good protein content and very refreshing without being overly sweet. You get what you pay for and this is worth it because I have bought water mixing ones before and they've been a big let down.

Decent quality and quantity for the price. High protein content. Good for getting in protein for low-ish cals.The taste though.... it's so overly sweet that I'm struggling to stomach it. My husband has gotten used to it but I bawk every time I drink it. Tastes like liquid fake sugar. So I've had to cancel my subscription to it.
