My son in law loves gadgets. He creates useful things out of metals. This gift blew him away because he har never heard of floating pen.

Absolutely LOVE this! I got it for my husband as a Christmas present and it was his favorite present out of everything he received. The magnet is strong and holds the pen where it's supposed to be. Very good quality and looks much more expensive than it actually is. Definitely a talking piece on the desk. Writing quality is comparable to other top-end pen brands, nothing stand out there, but nothing negative to say about it either. Overall, I would definitely recommend to others, especially as a gift.

This pen is definitely neat, and is always a conversation piece. The magnets keep the pen suspended in the middle of the ring. The only downside is that getting in and out of the ring to use the pen, is a little tricky. You can give the pen a twist and it will spin for quite a long time. You can gently bump it and it will kinda bounce around for a bit then balance itself out and return to its resting flouting position. When you grab the pen to use it, it sticks to the ring on the way out and you have to pull it off the ring with a little pressure due to the strength of the magnets. Getting it back into the ring and centered on the tip to levitate is the same problem. Takes just a little work. It's way cooler to look at than it is to use, but is still worth purchasing and would not be a disappointment. Would definitely make a great gift for someone who spends time sitting at a desk. I keep mine on the end of my counter where I pay my bills. The pen does write nice and is refillable.

Good quality for the price

I actually got this pen ages ago for my bestie. We often joke about lousy gifts and a pen being one of them though I knew when I saw this that it certainly would not be a lousy gift. This is such a cool design, and he loved it. He thought it was really awesome and totally unique. If you're looking for a gift of a pen that is actually really cool, then I would definitely recommend this one!
