One of the installation screws was missing from the sealed bag the switch came in. Quality control must be slipping, didn’t expect that from crabtree. Luckily I had spare screws so it wasn’t a problem. If I hadn’t had spare screws I would have had to use one of the old screws from the old switch. Not good.
