Great for meal prep
This is perfect if you like to meal prep. It has enough room for meals, snacks, drinks, and other items. It is pretty sturdy. I have had it for a while now with no problems at all, no complaints.

Too many zippers. Pad in the shoulder strap tore off within a week.
