Good packageing and easy to swallow

After the blood tests, unfortunately, it did not help the thyroid at all. however, I recommend it for anemia and improving the general condition.

I had seen this before but wasn’t sure if it would help me, so I didn’t get it. When I had a chance to give it a try though I decided I would. I have some thyroid issues that aren’t straight forward. I had been feeling super fatigued and everything hurt for some years. I underwent a pet scan for something unrelated and my thyroid lit up. Ultrasound shows a nodule and a cyst on my thyroid and something at the rear. My THS levels are within normal limits, but my calcium and parathyroid levels are high. Now my consultant is off, I am once again in NSH limbo. These capsules are 100% natural, as I have an undiagnosed “something” going on they are safe for me where a chemical med may not be. I love that I don’t have to swallow the capsules and can open them and add the contents to a smoothie, I add mine to my daily fibre drink that I have with breakfast. I started taking two for the first three days, then opted for 3 as I had no adverse reaction. Within a week I feel less in a fog, more motivated and getting more done. I am happy to walk more too. This makes me feel hopeful that the scan I had on my thyroid will eventually lead to an answer to what is wrong as it is definitely thyroid related as these capsules have made a huge difference. Wish I could continue taking them but once these are finished they are a little too dear for me to get more at the moment. They are amazing though.

Firstly, I am very intrigued by this supplement - I always recommend doing good research first and ensuring that the product is right for you and that you have no contra-indications (reasons to not take) to the ingredients listed. Have I had a bit more energy taking it? I think I might have actually. I am also intrigued by the way the composition appears to be natural as it states. I can find no evidence of fillers or nonsense added. The labelling I received on mine was pretty diabolical and quite hard to read. I also find it odd that there's not content per capsule for the nutritional values. I suspect it's because it's fairly minimal. (1000mg per capsule, 100g nutritional values, with some combined measured by capsule). Of course, that doesn't mean it's not effective. The capsules are a larger size as well, but as it mentions you can split and add them to something else. I take them directly and have been OK with it. The capsules smell like dried cumin or perhaps sage in a way. It isn't unpleasant though. And I have had no unpleasant after-effects that I've noticed. It's not cheap at £29.99 for 60, and you can take two to three a day. Overall, I have to give this four stars. For five I'd like to see: 1. More consistent dosage on the label to it's easier to understand what you're taking. 2. A better quality label that's easier to read. 3. A slightly lower cost - if you're spending £30 and taking 3 a day, that's a 20-day supply only. FOUR STARS. ⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

Last time I had my thyroid function checked I was right on the cusp of being in the acceptable range, but I do tend to think that one size does not fit all and what is the healthy range for one person might not be for someone else. I've been struggling with my weight for a while and I have been diagnosed with Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD), which is another cause of unreasonable weight gain. I take a lot of supplements to help that and nothing has helped me to lose more than the odd pound or two here and there. So, back to thinking that my thyroid might be the issue. You need to take 2 or 3 capsules per day with food, so the tub will last up to 30 days. They are capsules, so easier to swallow than tablets. They are tasteless and have a very faint odour, but I couldn't tell you of what! I'm happy that the ingredients in these capsules are ones that I've read about being good for the liver, so at least I know I won't be causing myself further damage.

These tablets aren't cheap and taking two a day means this supplement will last you a month, the tablets are pretty big and providing you can get them down they are supposed to help improve mood and well being. Always the cynic I was pleasantly surprised I think they worked.

As always, it is very difficult if not impossible to assess the efficacy of any health supplement, especially in the short-term. I have been taking two capsules a day for about two weeks, and to be honest, so far, I can’t report any major benefit other than a slight uplift in mood and energy, but that could also be co-incidence, or even ‘wishful thinking’. However, what I can say for sure is that I have not experienced any undesirable or detrimental effects from taking this supplement, and I have no reason to believe that the ingredients are anything other than beneficial and of high quality. The quite large capsules maybe an issue for some, though personally I had no trouble swallowing them and I could not detect any discernible taste. My only albeit minor complaint, is that some of the the labelling uses tiny black lettering on a dark blue background which makes it very difficult to read the information.
