Quality product, works well,, attractive
Fire pit came securely packaged.

Visibly warped but did the right thing!
Two of the side panels are warped…and I am not even able to write a note to complain much less have the opprortunity to be made whole. I don’t even want to return the whole thing…I just want the two defective panels to be replaced. After I wrote this review, I received a follow up communication from EastOak. They gave me an option of full refund or replacement. I chose to replace the unit and was able to assemble it in a short period of time. They honored the product and I am pleased.

Very nice firepit.
It produces a nice flame, lots of warmth. It was very easy to assemble. This is a well thought out device. My only ding is for the igniter not working. I had to use on of those long lighters to make it work. Otherwise this is a great way to spend time in the morning with coffee, or evening with other beverages and enjoy the nature we live in.

Easy setup and looks great.
Super easy to install and setup. Really neat for sitting on the deck and relaxing. Also went back to get the little glass guard so we could set drinks around the exterior. Easy to turn on and off. Also got the cover which is also easy to put on and off. Would recommend.

Nice fire table, needs more rocks
The fire pit went together very quickly, easily and worked great. It is sturdy and the leveling feet work well. The magnetic lid fits just right and attaches to the side firmly. Reason for 4 stars: The amount of rocks in the package barely cover the gas ring and we will definitely need to purchase at least twice the amount they sent. It was also missing the advertised basket and cover.
