Only a few days into riding with these. First impression...tight fit!I ordered size large as though only standing 5ft 8” have a compact muscular build of 190lbs so regard this as necessary if a bit more bulky built in nature..! If you are slim and wiry then go for medium if my height.No need to worry, they adapt to your frame when you get warmed up and keep the cold out, have just ridden out 20 miles in 3 degree air temp and the tightness is not noticed on the move.Definitely help with aero over my old knackered winter leggings and a vast improvement cutting through the air. Padding is all in the right places for me when riding. No more numb sensation.Would defo recommend, a noted performance improvement with thermal protection. You look a bit more pro too...👌

I bought medium and I’m 5 foot 8. Fit pretty well. I would say any taller than 5 foot 10 then go for large. Padding is adequate and they are quite warm. I tried them in about zero degrees with the wind chill factor and felt ok after an hours ride. Seem good quality for price.

I have so far worn this for a long ride and for commuting in temperatures around 5C to 10C and felt very comfortable temperature wise. It looks and feels well made. For commuting it has been perfect. I bought XL as I am an overweight 5 ft 10in. It fits comfortably even if the legs are a little long. The two minor points that prevented 5 stars was the shoulder straps are not as wide and comfortable as I would like and the padding began to feel hard after two hours of weekend casual riding. I am comparing those two areas to a pair of bib shorts I used in the summer but which were considerably more expensive. So I think these are very good value.

Incredible value, I’ve bought a lot of cycling gear and a lot of the lower cost brands have come at a real disappointment and resulted in buying again.. buy cheap buy twice they say and it’s proven true. These however break the precedent on that, comfortable, functional and of a high standard, first day out in them today and was impressed with the chamois, the fit and abilities to provide a suitable degree of wind protection without the boil in the bag effect of other brands. I am as of today a huge fan of FDX - having signed up to do LEJOG in order to raise money for a 5yr old boy who needs a walking aid these will be essential given the time of year and winter looming. I will be turning to FDX for further items and not looking elsewhere that’s for sure.

First the good bits. Size wise they fit very well, the size chart is accurate and as I have short legs the length was very good. They are quite stretchy in my opinion fit longer legs. They are quite warm but I would class them as a late autumn not winter. The insert is quite firm and one of the best I have seen in this price range and was very comfortable for the first 10 miles of my ride, however things started to go down hill from that point. I noticed my groin was starting to get very sore and towards the end of a 40 mile ride was very uncomfortable. I did look at the insert after the ride to see if something was wrong and saw no defect however I did notice the the insert was stitched in differently to other longs and shorts I own as the outside edge of the insert was not flat locked stitched in leaving the edge of the insert to stand proud, see pics. Now that I have worn them I don't think I can return them as they have been worn.Would I buy from them again, only if they flat lock stitched the insert.I have given the low star rating purely on the insert problem, solve that and 5 stars all the way.

Great fitting, warm and comfortable Great value for the money

Very pleased with my purchase, they fit exactly as advertised, the chamois pad is dense but not too thick, which is great for longer rides (in fact I did my first metric century wearing these)They're very comfortable and warm down to about 0°c, any lower and you just ride harder!They're also not too hot when the temperature climbs to about 10°c but any warmer, and I'll be wearing thin tights anyway.If you want a decent pair of Roubaix bib tights, don't look any further.The after sales service from FDX is second to non as well, which always makes me come back as a repeat customer every time.All in all 10/10

Warm and comfortable for the most part. Undercarriage pad can sometimes be annoying to get in the correct place and can move during the ride. Has survived a decent crash and a slide down the road without damage. 9/10 still recommend though, at the price point these are very good.

ottimi pantaloni bici per il freddo.Al momento li ho utilizzati solo in autunno, e devo dire che sono molto confortevoli. Vediamo come si comportano in pieno inverno.Bel tessuto caldo ed avvolgente.Avevo dubbi sul sistema di tenuta sottopiede, pensavo potesse dare fastidio posizionandosi tra piede e scarpa, invece devo ricredermi: il pantalone rimane fermo al suo posto, e non da assolutamenete fastidio.La taglia corrisponde, non ho avuto problemi.Quindi molto soddisfatto e consiglio l'acquisto.

De sitter bra på mig 195 och 100 kg.Det är 8° ute och vind. Då fungerar dessa. Men vinter är -5° och neråt. Och då behöver man bättre än dessa.

Très bien fini. Belle couche épaisse. Je conseille. Mais attention ça taille un peu grand. Prendre une taille en dessous de l’habitude.
