Cav. Giuseppe Cocco Linguine 2-pack

Nothing is going to beat homemade pasta. I like to make my own linguine. However, the Cav. Giuseppe Cocco Linguine 2-pack is a good substitute and ready to use from the pantry. Since it is fresher than most brands from the supermarket, it doesn't require much time at all to cook and the taste is nearly exact to homemade. People are going to believe you made this at home. We especially like to use this pasta when making light summer dishes like Pasta Limone. The pasta must be good because there is no sauce to hide inferior taste.

We have struggled to find a pasta we really enjoy since the one we've used for years vanished. After reading Stanley Tucci's book and noting his recommendation, we absolutely agree with him - this is really great dried pasta!

I'm giving this the highest rating depending on the review by Stanley Tucci in his book Taste. I'm not an expert b ut I'm willing to believe people who know more than I do.

It's OK. That's it. Just get pasta from store same thing and alot cheaper.
