this has replaced my worn out rollers ,great fit ,you might need to drill new holes to secure it but that's not a deal breaker

My Patio doors had become difficult to slide due to one of the rollers being seized. I fitted two of these new roller units and all is now well, it slides perfectly. Beware though, the door is very heavy to lift off.A previous reviewer mentioned that the items were scratched, I think this is the thin plastic film that is used to protect the steel during manufacture which you just peel off to reveal the shiny steel underneath.

Received used items. Half packaged with protective tape on one, other it was non existent.Fitted and although quiet, door was extremely stiff and could hardly slide along.

Im not sure if there are bearings on the wheels and they are made out of brass not copper as the listing states but our door runs a lot smoother than it did! The small Alan key can be used to adjust the hight of the door to align the locks and the unit comes with a blue protective plastic coating which was a bit scratched on arrival but should be pealed off anyway and hey its going to be buried under a door for its whole life so really does not matter what it looks like.The old unit would not come off for love nor money with the screws completely rusted in place so I installed it next to it and it has seemed to work OK. Getting the door off is defiantly a two person job and you will need to take off the stoppers at the top of the door. You Tube will be your friend if you have not done it before. The only complaint we have is that we keep slamming the door shut as we are not used to it running with so little resistance.
