Punching Bag Holder

After installing, I've felt more confident of its sturdiness. I, originally, used a long screw into support beams and it lasted for about a year before all of the shocks and vibrations eventually yanked the screw out. This product fixes that.

So far 2 week into it holding absolutely fine and steady

Works great...had to buy longer screws but the bracket itself is as advertised

I have this mount screwed to a ceiling rafter in the garage holding up a 100lb heavy bag. It works. The hardware for the bag to hang from is a bit small, compared to what came with the Bag, but it works. Have had multiple people working out on the bag with no issues. I would recommend as a cheap hanger.

I completely snapped my heavy bag hook, honestly I was kind of proud about it but had to get a new hook asap. I didn't really use the mount tbh i just needed the hook but it works great, so much quieter than my other one which was made of pure iron, very sleek and shiny and it's smooth so it won't saw and snap again.

The item is good tho

Works well on our heavy bag. Our builder installed during construction with no issues.

Clamp is solid and has held up so for for about 4 months hung.
