The back and arm straps are padded so it is really comfortable to wear even when the bag is packed full. There is also a pocket on both sides of the bag for a water bottle. I love the colors and design of this bag with the Adidas symbols all over it and the zippers also have the symbol as well. The green is very bright and really pops. I have used it for a few short trips so far and it is very durable and shoud last for years to come.
