The company was so professional and helpful and messaged almost immediately when I had a problem with my order and they helped me fix it. The arrival date was as planned and when I received it and I opened it up, it was packaged nicely. Nothing was damaged or broken. There was extra parts like some screws and a hanging chain and even some command hooks! The sign itself is sturdy and bright, and I love the dimming function and it's even better than I had pictured.

I absolutely love my new neon sign. The size and lettering is absolutely perfect. It was easy to hang. Came in on time and packaged with care.

"I ordered a custom name sign for my granddaughter's bedroom, and I am impressed! The process was so easy, the size and font were exactly as expected. It arrived much faster than I expected, securely packaged, and it was so easy to install with the included wall-mounting kit.

I’m absolutely in love with this sign very pretty I chose the RGB color changing very well worth it and the shipping was fast only took about six days to receive it, I have tried ordering on Amazon with other neon signs and didn’t have no luck receiving it and then I tried again from a different seller on Amazon and the sign I received with somebody else’s name on it. I highly recommend ordering from this seller. They are fast on shipping. And this makes my second time from ordering from them and receiving my item on time I’m very happy with the seller and I’m going to be back when I need another sign made in the future.

smaller than expected,, but veryyy bright and very blues ..perfect look for a room setup .. definitely worth the price

I ordered name signs for my grandson and granddaughter. They recently moved into a new house and their bedrooms are much larger, so they need wall decor. I will be giving these to them at Christmas. The signs came much quicker than I expected. They look pretty ho-hum out of the box, but once they are turned on they are fabulous!! I love that you can dim the brightness, but don't think much of the dimmer control. It is clumsy to hold and operate. That is the only con, and it's really a small thing. The dimmer WORKS just fine. There are so many choices in font, color, etc, making it easy to customize these to perfection. I would definitely recommend this item.

It really bright but honestly nice its so cute for my salon setup and it came the size I wanted but forgot a letter and came with no instrustions and it came with no batteries it was a bright neon yellow it’s hard to install without instructions

Stopped working about 2 months after hanging it up.

¡Recomendado! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a customised neon sign made for my daughter’s room, and the entire experience was seamless, from ordering and design right through to delivery. Communication was good, they were easy to deal with, the sign arrived ahead of schedule, and I am very happy with the final product too. Highly recommended.

Buena calidad, se ve muy potente la luz

So disappointed with this sign. I ordered a custom business sign and the lettering that should have been capitalized was not. A replacement was eventually sent, but the new sign arrived without the dimmer switch that was included with my original order. Because of this, I now need to have the wiring modified by an electrician to make it usable. Between the incorrect lettering and the missing dimmer feature, this has been a frustrating experience and has added extra time and effort to get a functional sign. I recommend carefully reviewing all details before purchasing.

Outstanding experience start to finish. Had a custom design in arabic script. The seller was very responsive and went into detail about the design and gave great recommendations for dimensions. The sign was shipped pretty fast and was packaged nicely. It looks great , better than I hoped. Awesome service highly recommended.
