Hugely useful book for Lamda teachers and I would argue teachers of speech and Drama generally. Tied closely to the current anthologies for Lamda Acting grades its full of lesson ideas for individual grade pieces and covers both theory and practical planning. It both helps to reassure teachers who may doubt they are 'doing it' right whilst also providing myriad suggestions, prompts and tips. Essential.

This is an absolute must for any teachers preparing students for LAMDA acting exams. It is packed full of ideas and has an online link to other resource material. I have referred to it constantly while teaching, sometimes as a teacher you hit a wall and become fed up of doing the same thing - this opens the door to fresh new ideas and brilliant support. Can't wait till the next book comes out!

I can't recommend this book highly enough - it gives brilliant ideas for teaching Lamda acting exams which can be adapted to suit other monologues that you may be working on. Love the approach - these are exercises that will develop your students' acting skills, rather than just help them to get a good grade in the exam. More please!

This book is fantastic for an drama teacher that is entering their pupils for a LAMDA exam. What I love about this book is that with each monologue ,games have been created with the theme. Cant wait for the next book. Medal book please 😀
