Improves pump at the gym and helps decrease soreness. Exactly what I wanted. I mix it with CardioFitMD in my glass sparkling mineral water for my gym drink. Better flavor

Quite a strong taste
Personally I won’t continue to use it after I am done with this tub. I don’t know if the grittiness and bitter taste is worth the benefit. This is also the first supplement I have tried of this kind, so I don’t know how it compares. I definitely think it might be better mixed with something other than water, not quite sure what though. Maybe something like orange juice.
