Perfect size, design, and the way it saves water in the 6 and 8 quart Instant Pots, while making vertical space in the instant pots for more food.It is so useful for safely stacking 7 cup anchor hocking bowls, which I constantly use in the instant pot, 5 high on the counter during family food preparation for the instant pots, saving counter space and allowing the bowls to dry and not scratch each other when ordinarily inserted inside each other. I bought 3 - 4 packs and use 10-12 of them each day in readiness for and during food prep.I save a lot of filtered water in the Instant Pot and can cook much larger squash and other items that fit better with that extra space in my 6 and 8 quart instant pots.

Bought these to go into my new electric skillet - didn't fit (sides fit, but corners not rounded enough), but can't knock the product for that. Decided to keep them, because they're sturdy, well made, and a great value for two of them. Didn't work for this use (I may still try to modify one to see if I can get it to fit), but I'm sure they'll come in handy for other things.If you're looking for a baking rack to go inside the Presto skillet (so that you can bake, sous vide, use as bain marie for custards, etc.), manufacturer website has one. The Presto Tuxedo skillet comes with one, but my planned use doesn't warrant its greater cost and precision -too fancy!

Cooking in an air frier

These are a nice size for those smaller jobs -- a quick trivet, a half a dozen cookies from the toaster oven, a loaf of banana bread, etc. I also use this to steam corn and other veggies.The racks are a bit more sturdy than other larger sized racks I have and are easy to clean. But if I'm baking chicken on them I do give them a spray of oil.Two versatile racks at a decent price.

I'm going to love these. Bought so I could cool cookies on when baking them this year. Think it's the safest way to do it, besides easiest as well. Very fast with delivery the next day.
