It works just fine as a TPM 2.0 module, enabling successful install of Windows 11. One unexpected thing is that this module has a small red LED light on it that will stay lit whenever there is power to your motherboard - including when your system is shutdown but the power supply itself is powered on. In other words, as long as your system is plugged in, this LED light is always on.

Don't buy it. It will NOT fit an AsRock motherboard that has 14-1 pin SPI TPM 2.0. The TPM they send you does not match the schematic picture, and this listing does not show the actual pin holes of the TPM. See my pictures for what they should have shown you.

Installed on ASUS Prime B550 Plus AC-HES AMD motherboard and would not boot. New windows 11 build, removed chip and system booted right up. Didn’t need the chip to install windows 11.

Very easy installation and Windows 20 recognized it and allow me to install windows 11 got a few new updates and it’s updated now

This was exactly what my new Asus board required for Windows 11 installation.
