Being a natural therapy advocate, this product fits the bill for me for cholesterol and immune system management. I appreciate the fact that it its organic and non GMO since my life is built on these principals.

I didn't know what to expect with this, but it has a good mild flavor. I wouldn't say it's flavorless because it does have a hint of flavor. I love cold brew coffee in the morning, so I started putting a scoop in my coffee, but I use oatmilk in my coffee anyway. This just took it up a notch, again not flavorless but a hint of oat, my coffee now has a super creamy flavor. I love it!

I have been taking this one scoop a day for over a year now. I started shortly after my blood work came back and my doctor recommended a statins prescription to reduce my cholesterol levels. I started on the prescription, CoQ10 and this Oatmeal powder. After 6 months my cholesterol levels were down into the normal range. We decided to reduce my statins intake to 3 times a week after this significant improvement. I am due for my annual checkup soon and I am curious where my numbers will be. If they have continued to be good or even improve, Maybe I can stop taking the statins prescription and just take this and the CoQ10. This is why I said that it is difficult to place a value on this product. Currently I feel that the cost is high and should be lower considering that the last batch of cans seemed to have less product than before. I did weigh an empty can with the lid and scoop and compared it to the new full can. The result is that the contents appears to be what they say should be inside.I will update after my up coming blood work.BTW: I add this powder to a glass of chocolate milk and aside from being lumpy, it goes down easy.

This product appears to work. I went from 240 tot 202 total cholesterol, but the side effects from gas and some diarrhea are not pleasant. If I take the product in the AM, I usually begin to experience digestive problems in late afternoon or evening. I avoid taking it if I am going out for the evening. The same thing happens to me if I take Crestor (a statin), so your results may vary. I went on a lower fat diet about the same time I started using this. A recent MRI shows I have some arterial sclerosis, so anything to help is critical at this juncture. If you are young and in good health, I suggest working on your cholesterol (if high) ASAP if you want to avoid problems later in life. My father died from stroke/clogged arteries.

This stuff works!!! I have had high cholesterol for over 30 years and the only time had good numbers was when I was a vegan for two years. I could not stay vegan though since most grains bother me, etc. I exercise a few times a week and chase grandkids around all week so I am active. My doctors wanted me to take statins which I refused since I believe they killed my father. So I purchased Nutrim in November 2017 after a dismal lipid panel in October 2017. I had my lipids tested yesterday and here are the results. My total cholesterol, went from 263 to 208. My LDL went from 190 to 147. My Triglycerides went from 134 to 99. My VLDL went from 44 to 20. I will have to say that I sometimes skip days (because of the gas I get from it) and sometimes just take it once a day. Still I rather have gas than muscle damage. I highly recommend. My doctor was astonished and while she can not recommend it (as it is alternative medicine), I know she was thinking how great it was for me. Thank you so much for this wonderful product!!! I am ordering more and my daughter got it for my son-in-law :)
