Great profuct for every food

I bought this to make a calabrian chili pizza recipe that I found and I could not find these in my local grocery stores. Shipping was quick and came packed well with no damage. The peppers had just the right amount of spice. They were not overwhelming but had enough of a kick to make the pizza delicious. I added some honey to the top and people raved about it.

Not having seeds is great, as we tried the one with seeds and could not use it as the seeds are way too hard to chew!This paste is good, but not hardly any heat. Nice flavor thought.

I usually eat the crushed peppers that have a slightly sweet heat. These are extremely salty even for someone who usually doesn't mind salt. So much so even a half teaspoon, I use 2 tablespoons of the crushed ones, made my food way too salty.

This is not as hot as the whole calabrian chilis in vinegar are, but still extremely flavorful. Highly recommend, and do not be shy when adding it to any recipe.

Works great with pizza, pasta, eggs etc. It’s hot! If you like spicy, you’ll wonder how you did without it!

What else can I say??? Used it for to enhance the flavor of my homemade pizza sauce....did not disappoint!
