I love making Paella for friends and this set up works very well outside as part of my outdoor cooking tools. I was able to cook a seafood paella with a little help from my friends. I served with a few appetizers, a salad with a simple vinaigrette and was able to feed about 20 hungry people.

I’m very excited impressed with the cooker. It seems to be well built and was easy to assemble. My only reservation is that the burner elements seem to be very high, even at the lowest setting. I’m not sure if the regulator can be calibrated or checked for proper functioning, which I will look into. Overall I’m very happy with the cooker, which I’ve only used twice, but am confident that I’ll get many years of use from it.

It is very good. the heat has good distribution however it is very hot. Even the lowest level is still very high. Quality overall is good. It is worth the money.

UPDATE: The Seller had promptly contacted me regarding the chipped coatings and quickly resolved the issues. The chips may have been caused during shipping. The Paella Burner unit functioned well and creates a nice paella. Seller is very easy to work with and willing resolve problems. Thank you GRILL FORCE.Original Post: First the paella pan had a large chip of coating missing on the inside of the pan. Who wants to eat pan coating. Fortunately I noticed it before I starting cooking and had to throw away a cooked paella.It was good that I had a smaller 15” heavy paella pan that I was able to use instead to cook the paella. I was really looking forward to using a larger pan.Then I started looking at the unit itself and noticed that the burner ring also had some chipped coating. It really didn’t affect the cooking so I had my paella and it came out pretty good.So other than the quality control of the coating on the pan (which is unusable) and the coating on the burner the unit serves its purpose.

This is one of the best purchases I’ve made — we love the finish it has, but I’m not giving it 5 stars because, since it came with a travel bag, we thought it would be easy to carry without having to take it apart too much. But that’s not the case — it actually takes some effort to fit it into the bag.
