Assembly was trial and error because the directions are in Chinese. I’m still not sure I’ve got it together properly because of this clicking sound when I roll out. I think it might be spring loaded, but I’m just not sure. 🤷🏾‍♀️Anyway, I purchased this because I cannot use a standard ab wheel because I had surgery on my wrist=no weight bearing exercises. I can get the same workout with this as with the ab wheel. It holds my weight and is very stable. I’m pleased except for the assembly and operation instructions.

Just pulled it out of the box and quickly pieced it together. You definitely get what you pay for. This thing is beyond a cheap product. Wasn’t really planning on using the included timer, but if I wanted to, I can’t as the screen is damaged beyond repair and looks like it was pushed into the frame besides the broken/cracked screen. Included a pic of my many years old Perfect Ab Carver Pro. Comparatively, absolutely no comparison, cannot recall what I paid for it, sure it was more than this thing, the sheer heft alone between the two speaks volumes.Tried it out quickly as well and it is noisy, sounding like nails across a chalk board as you roll out and back in.

I got this because I'm always wanting to roll my abs. "Abs," I say in the morning "Today I'm going to roll you!" But typically this is an idle threat, because previously I didn't have an ab roller.Now that I have an ab roller, my abs better watch out, because I'm about to roll them!This product was fairly easy to assemble: there's a long straight bar that fits through the main "wheel assembly," and you get it through by pressing down the little silver pop-up buttons. There are elbow rests that snap onto the bar, and then a handle that goes on. Finally, there are stick-on pads for the elbow rests.The instructions aren't very helpful, but since I had an image of the assembled product, I put it together in about two minutes.The box also included a little timer, which counts down and can be set up to 99 minutes (I tested it), and a very thin piece of foam, I assume for resting your knees on when using the device.Assembly complete, it was time to get rolling. I rested my elbows on the appropriate spot, and rolled. If there is a spring to help you roll back, it wasn't enough for me to notice. I found my abs to be feeling it after only a minute or so of rolling, but I'm probably out of shape.My wife tried it and said she didn't feel like there was enough ab-rolling going on for her, but I suspect this is just an issue of her already being very fit, and not a problem with the device.This seems best to use on a padded surface or carpet. I found it comfortable to hold onto, and how much of a workout you get from it depends on how much time and effort you put into it - like most things in life.Overall, I recommend this as a good ab workout device. It's more comfortable to use than the ones that just have a wheel with two handles, and still seems to do a good job of isolating your abdominal muscles.Gotta go, time to roll my abs!

I received this today , it’s missing one of the arm pads and the on and off switch for the timer is missing 😠. The only way for me to turn it off is by taking of the battery. I don’t want to return this because it looks like it’s something I can use. I would like to just receive the other arm pad and a working timer

I set this ab roller up in our cardio room at the recreation center I work at. The first time using it, my ab muscles were burning fairly quickly. I thought I would have been able to get more rolls in. I have also gotten positive feedback from our members who have been using it. It rolls smooth and the included knee mat is a nice bonus and comes in handy. I haven't used the cell phone holder on it, but its there if you need it. I did give 4 stars because the timer was broken. There were no buttons on it to turn the power on, or set the timer, it was like they forgot to put them on.

The media could not be loaded.  I had been seeing these type ab rollers online, and I decided to order this model here, as I was curious to find out how well they actually worked. Putting the few pieces together wasn't an issue, and did not require the use of any tools. Once assembled, I placed the provided knee pad onto the ground, put my knees upon it, and began using the ab roller. I like the elbow padding, and also how you grip this thing. Once I extended outward, my core was immediately feeling it. The wheels build up a bit of resistance as you roll forward, providing you with a small amount of assistance on the roll back to your starting position. I found out that by staying in a plank position, and not allowing my knees to touch while rolling out, and back in, set my abs on fire! The timer is easy to use as well. I like this product a lot, and look forward to seeing the results of further consistent use.
